To access the thermal leisure area, you need to bring a swimsuit or bikini and a towel. It is not allowed to access the facilities with any type of footwear. The use of a bathing cap is not mandatory.

If you wish, the Center puts at your disposal the towel rental service, as well as the sale of swimsuits.

The Thermal Leisure Area includes all the services of the bathing area (indoor and outdoor) and the sauna area.

Children and babies can access the thermal area at any age, bearing in mind that children under 2 years of age can only access the children’s area accompanied all time by an adult, as for safety reasons children and babies up to 2 years old will NOT be able to access the spaces where “Prohibited babies” is indicated.

It is from the age of 2 that they can access the rest of the Spas on the main floor with the protection of armbands or bubbles (mandatory up to and including 5 years) and under the constant supervision and control of an adult. Access to the “Mirador area” is restricted to children under 5, as well as the use of saunas for children under 14.

The minimum age to access the facilities alone is 16 years. Children under the age of 16 will only be able to access the facilities under the constant responsibility and supervision of an adult.

For safety reasons, Magma advises against the use of the facilities for pregnant women. Bathing in thermal waters can cause premature dilation, lowering blood pressure due to the sedative effect of the water can cause a lack of oxygen to the fetus.

In addition, massage caused by bubbles or pressurized water jets directly into the abdominal area also carries a risk. There are also places where the floor is wet and therefore there is a danger of slipping. It is important to note that Magma is not a Medical Center. You should consult your doctor in case of pregnancy.

For safety reasons, no treatment will be performed on pregnant women.

Magma does not recommend the entry to the facilities for people who have undergone a tracheotomy due to the depth of the pools and spas.

The hours of stay are counted from the moment you access by the turnstile until you leave. Therefore, dressing time, both on entry and exit, is included.

The lockers work with the access bracelet given at the Reception at the time of purchasing the ticket. This is a chip mechanism that allows you to close the desired locker as long as it is available. Once a locker is closed with the bracelet, only that bracelet will be able to open it.

The hours of stay are counted from the moment you access by the turnstile until you leave, so once you leave the facilities, access is not allowed again even if the time of the stay has not been completely exhausted.

If a Magma Spa Club treatment or massage is contracted, the bathing hours will be increased by an extra hour as long as the service hours coincide with the bathing hours. In no case will the treatment time reduce the hours of thermal bath.

Magma has a limited capacity, and, therefore, it is recommended to book in advance. This booking is essential on weekends and during high seasons.

To reserve exclusively the tickets for the Espai Termolúdic, you can do it through the booking engine on our website. Tickets exclusively for the bathroom space cannot be booked by phone.

If you do not have a reservation for the same day, it is recommended to call before coming in order to find out about the level of occupancy. If there are still places available for the thermal leisure area, exceptionally a telephone reservation could be made, but only for the same day and as long as capacity allows.

If you combine the thermal leisure area with a service from the Magma Spa Club or the Buffet Restaurant, you can contact the Magma Reception and Reservations department directly by calling 972.84.35.35 and making a prior reservation as long as there are places available.

Please note that both the services of the Magma Spa Club and the Buffet Restaurant have limited places and, therefore, the reservation must be made with the utmost foresight.

Although Magma recommends booking in advance, if the day’s capacity allows, tickets can be purchased directly at the Center’s Reception.

In these cases, it is better to call before coming to the Center to find out the level of occupancy and make a reservation in case there are places available. That way, by the time you get to Magma, you will have your place guaranteed.

It is essential to enter the thermal area with a bathing suit, after purchasing the ticket and in no case will access be allowed to the thermal area dressed from the outside.

Magma does not have a companion area and, therefore, all people who access the facilities must wear a bathing suit. You must check this before purchasing the ticket, as no refunds will be made once the payment has been made.

Our Buffet restaurant presents a careful selection of salads, stewed dishes typical of Catalan cuisine and a wide tasting of grilled meats.

The price of the Buffet includes a first drink per person, desserts and coffees or infusions as desired. It should be noted that the second drinks must be paid separately at the restaurant.

Since the Restaurant is located outside the thermal area, it is necessary to access it dressed. Access by swimsuit or bathrobe will not be allowed.

Through the Gift Voucher section of our website, in person at the centre’s reception or at the stands we temporarily have in different shopping centers, especially during the Christmas campaign.

There is the possibility of making a gift with an open date. In these cases, it will be essential to confirm by telephone and with the maximum possible forecast the day you wish to come in order to guarantee the place. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the day of purchase.

Magma has a large free car park that we make available to all our customers, with spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility.
